| I will only do children's cuts when the child is accompanied by an adult. |

Payment |
|
| Payment MUST be paid on completion of every appointment, either in cash or cheque if accompanied by valid bankers card. If you are booking me for a special event or treatment, where the appointment may take a long time, you may be asked to pay a deposit in advance, particularly if I need to order special products or equipment. Any deposits for special products or equipment will not be refundable, but my normal cancellation rules will apply to deposits made for lengthy appointments. |

Headlice & nits |
|
| Please always check for headlice & nits before your appointment. This will save any embarrassment as I would have to refuse you and this may cause offence, and the appointment could have been used for another client. I am more than happy to offer help and advice on this matter if you have any concerns. |

Patch test |
|
| I always recommend having a patch test when using any brand of colour, and I always insist on one for every new client. |
